Old FOs: Help me find a name !

Posted: Tuesday, May 31st, 2011 @ 2:53 pm in Crochet, chezPlum Patterns | 6 Comments »

Ages ago, I made those funky scarves, the first one being for a scarf show in Seattle (where it sold and I was so proud).
A lot of people commented how they liked the scarves… but I never got around writing down the pattern, mostly because I had such high strandards for it (wanted [...]

Posted: Thursday, March 31st, 2011 @ 11:27 am in Crochet, chezPlum Patterns | No Comments »

I had this ebook in mind for quite a while, a collection of matching projects for fashionable and funky kids and their moms. Now that the Jehanne capelet is finished, it was high time I got started on this ! :-)
There could be more projects, with matching slippers (Babouches and baby babouches) or hats (Altay [...]

The hood for the long-awaited adult version of the Ermeline is now done, and I reaaaaally like it. Especially when worn loose on your back. (sorry, couldn’t take any decent pics)

It’s actually so pretty I thought of getting directly into the cardigan version, except I don’t have enough of that red yarn to [...]

Nuno felting: first experiment

Posted: Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011 @ 7:45 pm in Crochet, Felting, chezPlum Patterns | No Comments »

I recently bought several books on felting, and decided it was time to experiment with this dyed-and-accidentally-felted wool batt I’ve kept for years( Dying a merino batt with the microwave method doesn’t work… unless your purpose is to make pretty felt ! :-)

Anyways, so I got a piece of pretty orange sheer fabric. Set [...]

It’s freezing cold these days (yet still no snow at all!) and a little walk with my SIL was a good occasion to snap some pics of my new hat this week-end:

My Girouette slouchy hat looked very pretty on her. The pattern is in the final testing phase, then I’ll add it to the [...]

Beautiful new photos of my work :-)

A few months ago, I contacted Sarah on Etsy, who has a very pretty store called freckles and Fairytales. She has beautiful pictures there. I sent her some of my crocheted items, and look at the pretty photos she took! :-)

I always try to make efforts in taking [...]

My 24-hours Camelia purse

Posted: Sunday, November 21st, 2010 @ 9:28 pm in Contest, Crochet, FO, chezPlum Patterns | No Comments »

We had a week-end with all the cousins and my grandmother this week-end, and suddenly my grandma realised the loto at her residence is on tuesday. She’s meant to give a few things there, and weeks ago I said I’d make her a Camelia purse. Oops.

I started working on this yesterday at around 3 [...]
