Disco Beret

If you like a stylish hat but not over the top, here is one for you: I created this beret as an everyday option to showcase the beauty of the Kureyon yarn.
Now I wear mine every single day !! So very warm and very pretty, all my friends want one.. and now you can make one too !!

** This pattern gives instructions for a beautiful beret hat worked in the round with 2 contrasting shades of worsted weight yarn. It’s the perfect pattern to use that ONE SKEIN of KUREYON you might have in your stash..
It would also work great with handspun yarn, either as main color or contrasting color (depending on yarn weight)

** Unique design with concentric textured circles all around the top of the beret and a couple rounds around the bottom of the crown.

** It is a very easy and fast project (approx. 2-3 hours), richly illustrated with clear instructions.

Materials :

– EITHER 2 skeins of Noro Kureyon (one will be used for the main color, the second one for the contrasting color)
– OR 1 skein of Noro Kureyon + about 1/3 skein of
Malabrigo Merino worsted as contrasting Color
– 5 mm / Size H crochet hook

** See more Disco berets in the Gallery !!

** Instructions are written using US crochet terms. Please let me know if you need help to convert that into UK crochet terms ! (Plus I’m always available for any question you may have !!)

Price : $5.00

Because I was having problems with my download system, all pattern purchases will now be going through Ravelry. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have a Ravelry account though !
If you encounter any problem with the process, please contact me and I’ll send the pattern via email asap.
