A new hood, for a cropped bolero thought for chilly summer festival nights … Yarn is very “Magic wool deluxe” from Kuka/Ice yarns. 100% wool, single with long color repeats reminiscent of the Noro but softer hand. Loving it, can’t wait to have more to show :-D

With helene, the Icelandic knitter we chatted about designing and Iceland, while with Alice we petted all the different wools and talked about spinning. The expo was fantastic: imagine a […]

This is what I call summer: after a good swim in the lake this morning, generous fruit smoothie and an ice cream cone for the afternoon snack.. Life is good ! :-D Wow, it took me over a year and a half to sell my first 100 items on Etsy, and only 6 months for […]

So it’s been a little over three years that I started blogging and my whole ChezPlum adventure now. Funny how things have evolved since… In the beginnings I made some good bloggy-friends, who now have totally disapeared from the blogosphere and I’ve basically never heard from them again. I used to hang out all the […]

So I did ply my single with a strand of lilac Aurore. I really like the outcome (and I got 92 m this time, Yay !!). So much so that I ended up listing it on Etsy (not as in “I don’t like it so let’s sell it” but rather as in “wow, it’s actually […]
