I did knit a bit this week for a change… I’m nearly done with the Goa Top and like it a lot so far. It still needs the i-cord straps, and I want to redo the bottom. My first idea was a picot border via eyelet hem (if that makes sense) but plain eyelets seem to work nicer..

AND. My niece was born yesterday morning. In true Sylvie style I suddenly felt the urge to knit something for her, cast on for the Baby Bolero from One Skein during our SnB with Emily and her sister.. to finally realise today 4 stitches were missing.

I’ve started again today during the drive back and forth to see the baby (She’s a big baby, and yet so tiny.. Adorable ::) and am now about halfway done with the back. Such a quick pattern…!! I’m modifying a few things, hopefully it’ll turn out cute. Details later !
