Or rather… this year’s last post..!!! ;-)
Again, not much to show as most of my time lately was sent between family gatherings, Christmas meals ..and caring for Prune who’s been sick all thru the week-end.

Nearly finished the second capelet though, just needs 2 pom-poms and it’ll be ready to send off to my SIL. [...]

I’ve started several things, and yet not much to show. Made a mitten with my pink Malabrigo Merino, but it ended being too short so I rewrote all the numbers and started a second one. Have to finish the thumb on that one and sew it (yep, I knit them flat, just so much quicker [...]

This afternoon I finished my second pair of mittenettes. So quick to make, so nice to wear, I just love them and can’t wait to make more in every color, plus some with a slightly longer wrist. I even told Prune I’ll try to make her a pair with smaller needles/yarn… :-P

Yes ! Round One is over ! We had Christmas this week-end with the in-laws and Prune’s cousin.. Nice to be all together and all, but as usual I was late: My SIL had only ONE mitten.. :-P I really tried to finish the second one on sunday, but [...]

Next week-end is Christmas with the in law family and it’s now December. So I got Prune a little Advent calendar, she gets her little chocolate each day…
