Every now and again, I try to update some old pages on ChezPlum.
Today I made new visuals for my translation pages: I can translate all your french knitting/crochet (or sewing !) patterns from Phildar, Bergère de France, La Droguerie… Indie designers, I can also translate your patterns to reach a wider audience … :-)

In order to double-check the pattern for my Jehanne hooded cardi before I hand it out to testers, I started a second one, this time in brown and green (=colors I had around). I’ll try to finish it before the festival in July… Crocheting as fast as I can ! :-)

July is going to be exciting, with the first “Lot et Laine” wool festival here in France on July 9-10. Of course I’ll be there, and here’s a sneak peek at what I’ll bring along:

We’re just coming back from 5 days on the french Riviera (or nearly). It was warm, the flowers and herbs smelled beautifully as always, and the cicadas sang their lovely summery song.

My Jehanne cardigan still needs buttons… and a second sleeve, yet it’s nearly finished !
I fought with numbers and sizing all afternoon and am nearly done with the pattern. Despite June not being the best time of year to crochet a woolen cardigan, I hope to find a few willing testers to help [...]
