Fifth + new yarn

I’m now working on my fifth Roselette top. Won’t show that one yet but here’s some photos of the fourth one I finished this week-end for Maud, made with the remaining “verde aqua” Colonia 140 from Handpaintedyarn.com Yahaira sent me ages ago. (this is also the yarn I used for my first pair of Cactus mitts… :-D )

The yellow one you had already seen. I tried to get a nice funny pic of all “3 girls” modelling 3 different sizes (newborn, 2T and 4T) but it never worked. So here are the decent pics I finally managed to capture ..

I’ve also finally made a new banner for my Etsy shop with a more up to date look and featuring my newest designs. Feels much better !! :-D

Oh and on monday I finally received that big box of yarn I had been waiting for and was beginning to worry about: more Malabrigo merino worsted , yay !! :-D

I ended up buying this on Ebay after unsuccessful attempts at swapping the Hipknits silk.. I have so many ideas for those colors but will have to choose carefully. I’d love to make an adult crocheted top somehow similar to the Roselette but may not have enough yarn (although I still have more of the pink calypso). I also have plans for a Roselette hooded capelet. And would love to make more scarflettes, both knitted and crocheted..

Time will let what those skeins will turn into ..! :-)

I love those colors of Malabrigo. I just bought myself some balls of Malabrigo for a sweater. I can’t wait to use it!

I am so jealous of your Malabrigo! You seem to be bursting with ideas lately, how do you fit it all in with 2 little girls?
