Armel is progressing fast now that all the fussy details (such as sizing issues, color placement etc..) are solved. Edging and one sleeve are done; only the second sleeve remains to crochet now. This time the fit looks great: I like that it’s shorter and boxier than the Ermeline, and that’s exactly the look I was looking for.

This morning I looked into my stash of zippers: only 2 were found in the right length and detachable style. We now have the choice between red and grey.

I would choose red, of course, for a bit of funk. BUT if this is meant to be more of a boy’s design, a more neutral grey might be better. Any boy’s mums around ? I’d love to hear what you think :-)
