I have a favor to ask: could someone help me get a copy of the current issue of “Spin Off” (fall 2010) ?
There are several features I’d love to read (natural dyes, and articles by Jacey Boggs..) but it’s impossible to find it here in France. I’ll reimburse you all costs of course !

Finally sharing some of the things I’m working on. Time goes by fast, and I don’t have a lot of time to devote to crafts these days. Sometimes I daydream about the day I have a studio and lots of time to sew and write down all the crochet and knit patterns I have in my head… :-P

With fall I want to finish a few of the cardis I started last year, and am knitting again on my Crazy collar cardi. It did feel weird to be knitting again but I’m finally getting back into the groove of it. I changed the lace pattern for an easier one to memorize, and will be soon done with the body.
I have also started a new Altay hat. I need a new one, and want to list more in my new store. So I’ll be making tons of hats this winter, they’re so easy and fun, and a great way to use my big pile of yarn.. :-)

Also, I started to reconstruct this vest thrifted ages ago for this purpose. It is pretty but the armholes were way too shallow. So far I have added sleeves, and now it needs more pink accents on the vest itself to balance it all. Stay tuned.
