No post for a whole week, because we went away in my grandparent’s chalet for a week of vacation. It was really nice and relaxing. I had the laptop with me, but it kept on freezing after a few minutes so I only did the very minimum online: very frustrating but at least it’s always nice to take a break sometimes.. :-)
When we arrived there, the snow was still really close to the chalet, and there was tons of it. But it was so hot and sunny all week that it was nearly all gone when we left. Which means we had some nice skiing sessions with the girls, we ate outside every single day, applied tons of suncream.. and had a great time alltogether ! :-)
Prune came ski-touring with me several times: she’s such a big girl now ! (she was proud of this “time with mum” too, and I loved it).

There was much shoveling done (they created a snow-maze), the girls made special Easter egg decorations, played tons… (and before you ask, no that’s not me on the pic but my friend Nat)

And because the intended recipient came for a visit, I finally managed to find some pretty buttons and finish the button loafers and matching cardigan for him. Baby Guillaume is now over 4 months, let’s hope he can wear them at least a couple times… ;-) (tech details on Ravelry)
