A second beret

I finished yesterday my second beret for Prune’s teacher. It should be in her favourite colors, black with a touch of lime green (soft and fuzzy angora). I hope she likes it and gets to wear it. She’s a very nice person, Prune is so lucky to have her as her first ever school teacher. She marveled several times at Prune’s Roselette top so I thought she might like some handmade gear herself…

This striped version is the one that will be in the pattern. I first thought about offering it as a free pattern but then stumbled again on this thread on Ravelry plus the design ends up being more elaborate than initially so it may be another for-sale one.

I’m now working on a third one in Kureyon. This one will be the actual sample for the pattern. I guess I should have it done by the end of the week before we leave again for a week to go skiing a bit… :-)
Oh and look at the pic Emily sent with her new beret: thanks for that great pic !! :-D
