Dancing poppies, part 1: scarflette

I finished the choker last night. Pretty and so comfy !! :-) I’ll most likely list that one on Etsy beginnning of next week and I’m curious to see if people like it ! (btw, how much do you think I can ask for it ?)
Let’s hope I’ll have enough Malabrigo for a second one (on top of the other “dancing poppies” projects I mean !)
I already see a lot of variations on that pattern, and it’s so quick ! This kind of crochet is all about instant gratification…

I’m nearly done with the scarf too and then I’ll start working on the pattern for those two. If anyone’s interested in testing it, please leave me comment or send a message.

    It looks great. Price-wise, $40?

I would love to test your pattern but suspect crochet would still hurt my hands :(

I guess being made out of Malabrigo the choker will double as a very efficient neckwarmer too, so soft.

Price wise? I think it is easy to underprice handmade items and I know ultimately it is only worth what someone is prepared to pay but I think you should always consider what your outgoings have been. The cost of yarn, the time you’ve taken and all the little incidental things it is easy to forget.

I have 2 competitions running on my blog at the moment btw.

That is very cute, I would test the pattern but my crochet skills are rubbish!!
