Bright red trebles

Filed under: chezPlum Patterns,Crochet,Gallery,Knitting,pattern testers,WIP,Yarn — June 25, 2007 @ 5:17 pm

Not much to show this time. I’ve started a red cardi for Prune. She so needs a red one for the non-pink outfits ! Bought a bag of 10 skeins of “Tribord” the other day at Phildar, a nice bright red ! I’m working it in treble crochet as my first try in dc would probably end up with a super heavy cardi …

And here’s the new yarn I’m all excited about, some GGh “GOA” in such a nice plum colour !! I’ve had visions of an i-cord tank top lately, and I’m so going to try it with this yarn !! :-D

The Plumetis cardi testing is coming along. One is about to be finished I hear (can’t wait for the pics !!:-P) and look at Angel’s progress, don’t you LOVE the colour she chose… ;-) (of course !!)

Talking about my patterns, look at that Felicie Choker all classy in white !! (plus she’s a fellow frenchie.. :-D )

And one last thing. Everybody probably knows about Annie Modesitt, famous designer (included of that beautiful “Corset Tank Top”). Go to her blog now and read about her Red Carpet Convertible pattern, the Donation button and reason behind it all. Life can be humbling. I do appreciate everyday that we’re all together with Laurent and the girls and in good health.
