This post is going to be full of Maud… She turned one Year last week (Happy Birthday !!) and seems to grow fast these days !! (we also noticed an “acceleration” after prune turned one). She now crawls and should be walking very soon.

Also, I keep loosing her sun hat so I decided I’d knit one. I made her a Rosayah hat as the one I made for her cousin last year. The main yarn was some cotton I dyed a while back… and as I saw I’d run out of yarn I used some beige cotonina.. but quite love the result in the end. Makes me think I might rework on that pattern with some of that pink and Taupe “all seasons cotton” by Rowan..

I got my Invite for Ravelry last saturday !! And like everybody else I’ll just say WOW ! I’m already spending too much time there and it should get huge.. on top of the satisfaction to see all your FOs, WIPs, stash and designs well organised, it’s fun to just browse and see what people do with whatever yarn, or all the different FOs from a pattern ect… :-D

I also started the “Sleepy snake and mischievous mouse” by Mochimochiland last week. The mouse is cute and I’m about 1/3 done with the snake. I still don’t like those darn dpns though, and am wondering whether pure wool was a good idea for toys for the girls.. Oh well, at least I’m using up some of the old stash..!! ;-)
