Working on the sleeves

Thanks so much for all the sweet comments on my Plumetis !! :-D I’m like halfway done with the first sleeve, can’t wait to try it on and see what it looks like… ;-P

We’ve been away all week-end again, which meant no knitting. I’ll give you yarn pics instead… From top to bottom and left to right: More “Aurore” from Phildar, I just couldn’t resist that bluish colourway. Then more Cotton 1824 from Mission Falls. I’m going to redo my Mouchelette pattern, a little girl’s top. And finally, 2 skeins of “Phil Thalassa” by Phildar 25% lyocell seacell) because the colors were too pretty to resist !!

The duck I bought at NocibāŠ the other day, thanks to a voucher from my SIL. It actually lights up when touching water, and it changes colors !! Prune’s new favorite toy..!

Ok, and now I’m off to see my new pal, Emily ! She’s an american expat here in Annecy, and we’re going to try and set up a stitch and bitch group.. Yeeha ! :-D We met the other day and she’s so friendly and funny and nice to hang out with.. It’ll be great to knit/crochet with other people !

Ah-ha, someone who has Aurore! What does it feel like? It seems like a fantastic bargain for mohairy yarn so I’ve considered ordering some, but have no idea how it handles so have resisted getting some sent across the Channel so far.

It’s so good to SnB! Ive set up the group here in Rotterdam, and its one of the best decisions i’ve made, the last years!
