More Booties, no snow…

Ouch, busy week. I meant to post earlier … and now we’re off tomorrow for a week. Let’s hope for snow because Prune really wants to ski and whatever little snow there was has already melted long ago. Temperatures are just so high this year, it feels like spring !!

My parents came over last week-end and babysat the girls while we went for a little hike with Laurent. Just the two of us for a whole afternoon, Wow, this hadn’t happened for a long while !

As you can see, not much snow left.. ;-)

Pushed by a custom order (Yay !), I made more Booties yesterday. I’m pretty happy too because I straightened up my procedure and don’t have to rip and redo every second one any more … Might cut up a few to take along for Megeve in my project bag. They’re fun to do apart from the hurting fingers part ..

Also received those 2 beautiful skeins of Merino from thegoodsheep on Etsy. Can you guess what I’ll be making with those..? More mittenettes, obviously !! :-P

We’re off tomorrow. We’ll take the skis and sledges along. I think I’ll take the SKB along, really should finish it.
Have a great week !!
